Frittobon
was invented and patented in 2010 by Officine Grafiche s.r.l., a company on the market since over fifty years at national level in the production of personalized packaging for food and decoration. This product is the result of experience and continuous research of new solutions for food packaging.

Frittobon is a paper for fried-food really innovative for two reasons: it is completely suitable for food use and absorbs in a surprising way the excess oils and fats from deep fried-food, making it light and tasty. Try it!

This is because the "straw paper", traditionally used for draining oil from fried-food, has been pasted to a food white paper made of pure cellulose, with the result of a much more absorbent product and completely suitable for food, in compliance with applicable Italian law DM 21/03/1973.

The today's "straw paper" (that was once obtained by maceration of true fiber of straw), is currently produced using coloring agents that are not suitable for food and therefore should not come into contact with food, especially rich in fats.But this doesn't happen with Frittobon because the fried-food comes into contact with pure cellulose paper absolutely appropriate for food uses.
